yeah, if you watched it b4, you would agree with me that suddenly a strong motivation would come upon you. at least thats how it works for me.

motivation to workout yeah! but sadly to say, sometimes the motivation dies off.
tt's why its always good to put a image of a 8-pack guy on your desktop to remind you!
i still remember thats what i did last time when i was in muaythai. and it does shop, even though it may attract weird stares in class with questions popping up that goes : " you gay arh??"

haha. yeah and i want to be motivated to working out again! to run, and to reach 6-pack goal, b4 going further for 8-pack.
ninja warrior can also be a good show to motivate you! but of course dont watch the ones that cmi and will make you laugh instead. hahaha.

haha, it sounds contradicting but really, that's how i am feeling now.
i'm looking forward to the upcoming chalet too, hopefully we will be in a situation where we will have nothing to do. haha, all guys, i wonder. how the chalet will look like. will take some pics to come with some posts.

it has been long since i blogged!
today was a good day, i managed to sleep till late afternoon i think because i slept very late the previous night.
when i went out today, the sun was burning hot! but i prayed for cooling weather, this time, asking for no rain because two days ago when i prayed for cooling weather, drizzle came!
nevertheless, my prayer was answered when the sky was all gloomy for the two hours when i was out there but there was no rain! not even one drop even when lightning out of nowhere every few minnutes!

yeah the good thing was it only started to pour when i reached home =) really thankful for it.
back at home, i had a comfortable shower, slack in the room with aircon on.
for me i dont usually on the aircon, not because i dont like it, but i only on when i decide to stay home for the rest of the day and slack. and i love it when my fan is blowing at me even though the aircon is on! haha

school is going to start in three more weeks. thats the reality that mr yeong has reminded me of last night when we went for dinner.

also had some feel to tidy up my wardrobe. when i open the small cupboard, and took out all the hangers, i was shocked. shocked that i have got many shirts , some of which i really like, some of which i dont really like and want to sell all these away! anyone got any suggestions to where i can sell these clothes?

i have got alot of things to sell, but the prob is, i dont know how to go abt it, this is bad because if i keep dragging it, one day the stuffs i would like to sell would depreciate in value, and worse off, its worth will be gone as new gadgets comes up in the ever-changing market! ahhhhhhh

today is really good, haha. the rest day! look forward to 12 rounds tmrw!

back from camp 2 days ago!
the bed at home was the best to sleep on! was filled with muscle aches here and there!

hmm, so fast 24th march alr, i'm glad because time is passing fast. and chalet is coming up!
haha. today went for a shopping spree with pig. went to look ard for jeans, shoes, and shirts.
saw a cap and tried it on and pig commented it was nice! aha. was kind of tempted to buy but didnt lah

yeah, had a long day walking around, wanted to catch a movie but didint. but was good just walking ard window shopping and did a few shopping.

then back home with a hungry stomach, so had a cup noodle hope i dont ls because i added a egg inside and this is my first time doing so. haha =)

thats the show for the day. filled with laughter throughout, and the clever planning of the villian, even the commander of S.W.A.T team is involved! hah0a, of coure it ended off with the hero fatty together with his love at first sight!

still didnt manage to find the pants that i have in mind. so have to go with my only black pants.
tmrw is BB camp. i'm quite sure it will be fun to spend time with the Boys, esp at rock climbing, which is something i want to try long ago!

came home for dinner today, mum had off day from yest till sunday. feel bad as just nice always she got off, i will have things like camp and all these.. sigh

but hey! i got two new hamsters at home. haha, also dont know what triggered mum to buy it. lol!
but well, sis will be in charge of the two of them. hope they dont give up on us. haha.

hello.
today is a whole day home by myself. woke up very early today to "go tan". and i think i got burnt slightly at my arm area cause when i shower just now, can feel abit of the "stinging" sensation .
then went home to eat, take a short nap, went to 2nd service. i almost overslept in my nap though ! ha. but iwasnt late.

so after service, walked home, on aircon. sleep. yeah, actually doing this sometimes really give me a day to really rest my body, to relax and stay home. and i do enjoy it even thought its abit boring sometimes.

by the way i had a great time at lan with the boys after YA yest! you should have seen our faces man we were just shouting here and there, and hitting "hi 5s" among our team when we teamed against the opponent team. all 8slots were filled and we had a great time playing!

this whole week is packed! and yeah, i wanted to say. i kind of look forward to school! new class, but the routine will have to start with all the bus taking and transfer to train! ahhhhhhhhhhhhh

but it will be cool to see all the freshies coming in, ppl like paulase. haha.
hopefully by then i wont be "tanning" still

just got back home.
hmm, ate a box of very awful fried rice. awful to the max one!
its like soooooo nua and. yucks.

my mum asked me, why you waste food ? because still left half a box i threw it away. this is the first time in dont know how many years i never finish my food.
so i asked my mum to give it a try b4 i threw it away, she didnt dared to try it though. aha.

from tmrw onwards till 22nd march, everyday will be packed man! got outings, got camp, and some other stuffs.
school is like starting in one month's time. that's very fast!
dont know whether to be excited for it or sian. ha. confused

oh man, school dont start so fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

today i overheard the conversation of my mum and my aunt.
they were like talking about the r/s of my cousin and a guy.

basically its something like the guy want to marry my cousin or something like that. then its like my aunt dont seems to really agree with it or what because the guy like not really rich that kind.

hmm, then i was thinking, like even though my aunt dont really approve of it, my cousin still went ahead with it. as in still together with the guy lah and all these. then now, the parents are like worried and stuffs.

when i was thinking abt this again just now, i got reminded of my other cousin, who once got slapped by my grandfather and she walked out of the house that night.
then more and more things of my different family members rang in my mind.
and that leads to me.

thinking that sometimes i also do certain things that can be considered rebellious to a certain extent, like maybe when initialy i wanted to pierce my ear, my mum disapproved of it but i went ahead with it.
yeah that leads me to trace back, that many times people in my family line do things which are rebellious, against the norm.

well it all runs in the blood. thats something we all cannot deny. one way or another we sure "inherit" something from the "top", whether good or not.

wellwellwell. today my skin got two tone because i was in the hot sun in the morning for 1 and a half hr. tmrw morning i gonna face the sun again. for like 4-5 hrs. oh my =(

today was a fantastic day! yeah, my birthday this year is really different from other years! =)
firstly i woke up in the morning at 8am, finished doing what i have been waiting to do for very long, then went to eat breakfast with george.

then met with kev , supposed to go melvados cafe to eat. but sadly and funny, the shop were closed! it closed down! haha, you should have been there to see the reaction of kev, he was like dreading and cursing the shop because he already planned the menu of the day. ha.

anyway, we went to vivo lah. met joe there, went to carnivore.
hoho, this place is really cool, you get to eat all the different kinds of meat.
and it was meat, meat, and more meat! haha. but to me, the food is good!!!!!!!!
the pro waiter will go around with the meat and a knife, and will slice off the meat nicely and serve it on your plate! fresh from the oven!

the meal was good. after that went to shop for my present. haha, and of cause, i got a pair of slippers because mr chia gave my old havianas a new look which wasnt very pleasant. but he replaced it today!

after that we went to gloria jeans cafe to eat cake and drank coffee. the iced cappucino there look and taste like milk but nevertheless, it was nice still .
we talk and talk and talk and i even slept an hour there. was quite sleepy because i woke up at 8am today!

yeah so after that i went to ps. supposed to meet jie and gang at 620. so i went to the arcade to play mahjong there to past time. then that si dang of mine was late lah, for 30 mins.

so we went cafe cartel. ate and talk. then after that the surprise came!
haha, gerald and i were blindfolded. then they took quite long to prepare the cake.
so actually i was feeling quite scared because i scared they going to smash me with the cake when the blindfold unfolds, and i kept thinking what they going to do and told them better not dirty me!

haha, so when they were ready, the blinds were unfold and guess what?
i see fat sitting infront of me and also zhenling sitting infront of loo.
WOW! haha. got the shock of my life! i wassuper surprised and was stunned there for awhile.

yeah, because i really didnt know what to expect, plus at first i thought they just get some cake only. but it wasnt.
and the fat one ganged up with them, say she got some meeting at tp!

haha, but it was really a VERY, VERY, pleasant surprise! i think i never get surprised anything like this in my whole life b4 man! other than the time when i found out my hand was broken!

this will definitely stay in my memories man!
really very happy for the day!
and really want to thank a few people who celebrated my birthday together with me!

1) my mum, who bought the nice icecream cake for me!
2)george, who woke up so early to accompany me to accomplish the long awaited mission
3)kev, who planned the day out and also the nice present which i get to pick and can use!
4)joe, who took time off and took train to eat with me
5)si dang, who planned this very pleasant surprise!
6)kai,jian, (who rushed down from work),alvin(who sppeared out of nowhere), and all who came down to eat together and surprise me together!
7) the pig who said she was going for late meeting but actually ganged up to give me the surprise together!

haha, really many many thanks to all of you. and i really mean it!
thank God for very good friends like sidang,fat,kev, and all!

today was really a G-R-E-A-T day! =)

today has been a short day. woke up for service but was too too sleepy. that i decided to cont to stay home and sleep and i slept all the way till 1540.

dont know why i slept early last night at 1230 like tt but was too tired this morning.
woke up to meet the nerd at ps, to eat. then we went to play L4D at lan with other people.
we had great fun man pawning people and laughing at the guy who were sitting beside me and we were in the same game somemore.
there was even once when my hunter pounced on him and he couldt do anything as no one was saving him, could see his shag face.

after that had to go home to cut cakee eh. aha. then the nerd said the most surprising thing ever that came out from his mouth. he said that next sat he may not come church because he want to study.

thats the word he mentioned. study! omg i tell you i was totally stunned that i LOL immediately.
haha, but good luck to someone's exam lah dont laugh at you already.
